HNO Suspension Guidelines (updated Sept. 2022)
These are the minimum suspensions as set out by Hockey Northwestern Ontario [HNO]. LMHL must follow these minimums, but may increase the length of any suspension as necessary. [for repeat offenders or severe cases] No suspension can be less than the minimum listed.
